A soldier returns from a tour of duty in an ancient war. He has information about a terrible war crime. The officer dealing with him has her own agenda. Can the truth emerge between them? And is it a truth anyone wants to hear?

This is a play in development, which received a public semi-staged reading on 21 October 2011 at the Studio at the Royal Exchange, Manchester, who also part-funded this development process.

The director - and unofficial dramaturg - is Lucy Kerbel. The cast were Joe Ransom as Jason (pictured) and Diane Beck as Sophia.
